All products are subject to availability however we make every effort to supply the merchandise you order and we proudly offer a 99% fill-rate on items shown as in-stock. If there is any problem fulfilling your order, you will be notified immediately.
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Refunds – Returns and Exchanges
Ellis Electrical prides itself on delivering the highest quality merchandise. If any merchandise arrives that does not meet this high standard, we will gladly replace it. Notification of returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. (Not applicable to New Machines – refer to warranty information below)
Delivery and Charges
Shipping charges are as shown when you proceed to a checkout page or are as quoted based on your postcode. Please note that we do not post any items to overseas.
A redelivery fee may apply if we cannot deliver to you on first attempt.
- New Machines/ Appliances/ Parts
New Machines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product details page of the particular machine. Your purchased machine will be accompanied by a copy of the relevant warranty.
- Pre-Loved Machines
We will cover the cost of repairs or replacement of your machine for a period of 3 months after the date of invoice for any performance issue that results from normal use.
This warranty is limited to the total cost of the machine and does not include back-to-base shipping costs for repairs in the event that they may be required.
