Please choose your appliances or parts carefully. Ellis Electrical is unable to offer refunds if you change your mind or feel you have made an incorrect purchasing decision.

Ellis Electrical only offers refunds, exchanges or credit under the following circumstances:

• where goods are deemed to have been faulty at the point of purchase;
• where goods have been wrongly described either on our website or in the sales process;
• where goods purchased via the Ellis Electrical website are found to not be the same upon delivery; and
• where goods do not comply with their described purpose.

Ellis Electrical implements strict quality control procedures in order to avoid any of the aforementioned problems.
