	A. All repaired machines come with a 3 months labour and parts warranty.

	A. We recommend that you have your coffee machine serviced once a year.

3	Q. Do you pick up coffee machine from customers´ premises?
	A. We do not pickup coffee machines from customers´ premises. Customers can drop off coffee machines or appliances at 14 Gladstone Road, Dandenong, Victoria 3175. Appointments are not necessary.Opening hours are:Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:00pmSat 9:00am – 12:00pm ( not during long weekends )

5	Q. How long will it take to repair my coffee machine?
	A. Free quotes and reports take up to 7 working days. If the customer then requests for us to complete repairs to the machine then we are normally able to repair the machine on the same day providing that we have all relevant spare parts in stock.
