How to find out your blanket or controller at fault: –

If you have a Sunbeam Double, Queen or King Size Blanket (these blankets have two controllers) and if one side of the blanket is not working, swap the faulty side of the controller to good side of the blanket.

• Still controller is not working that would be control at fault. (Recommended to buy a new controller from us)
• If the controller now working that would be blanket at fault. (Recommended to buy a new Sunbeam Blanket)

(Please do not use faulty controllers or blanket since it is very dangerous)
