Tip for Qualified Technician:

Disconnect two main plug ( Red and Black wire ) which goes from speed controller to motor and measure the Voltage across them, would have about 330DCV, if you do not get about 330DCV across them then your mixer would have a fault at on either Controller / Filter / Electrical wiring.
